Enjoyable once issues were sorted. Comfortable beds Positive: Location and facilities. Unit was clean and spacious. Well equipped. Negative: Front sliding door was old and poor engagement. Jumped out of slider. A night without hot water which turned out to be a simple fix once aware of a need to “reset”. Poor communication via Bookings.com regarding the above. Once we were in contact with Leanne on site it was great.

Positive: It was a bright, fresh, clean, modern cabin. It had all the facilities we needed for a family plus access to resort extras. We relaxed in the spa, cooking in the kitchen was easy with all pots/pans/utensils/cooktop, and coffee on the deck in the morning surrounded by trees and birds.

Positive: Beautiful property and resort. Very clean and comfortable. Staff were very accommodating. Really enjoyed pur stay at the Purple Hen. Will definately be back.

Positive: It was close enough to the Phillip Island track and to Cowes but fare enough to give you a nice quite (not the Cowes is loud) location. Negative: Bird poo lol, not that it's bad (it's not).
