Positive: Beautiful property and resort. Very clean and comfortable. Staff were very accommodating. Really enjoyed pur stay at the Purple Hen. Will definately be back.

Positive: It was close enough to the Phillip Island track and to Cowes but fare enough to give you a nice quite (not the Cowes is loud) location. Negative: Bird poo lol, not that it's bad (it's not).

The host definitely needs to do significant work on this particular viller Positive: We'd stated the property for a couple of days, Saturday, Intel Monday morning.It was an overall nice place to stay.However , there was multiple issues with their accommodation Negative: To start with the issues of the the villa that we stayed at there was a few issues that are simply just not acceptable , such as finding a dirty used towel in the cupboard.This should not have been missed at all.This was freely admitted by the accommodation provider. There was an overall issue with the internet being very slow and the Google fire stick being used on the app. Old to make it a smart TV was completely useless. Because it didn't work at all. This was quite frustrating as we wanted to put on. Some TV shows for our child that is young. The other major issue, which is definitely a major negative. We specifically booked this particular villa. Because it clearly demonstrated, there was a bath in the room and is not only demonstrated in a photo as having a bath, but also mentioned in the description. As having a bath, only to discover that it simply did not exist. M. The the property manager advised us it had been removed by the owner. And upgraded to a larger shower, it should have been up. The description we had known this , but he definitely would not have booked this particular one there was other issues with the the dishwasher.Which we advise the property manager of which , in their last response we received suggested that it should be an Eco mode for a few hours, which makes it look like it isn't actually running, which is a completely ridiculous suggestion. No dishwashers should take a couple of hours, never mind on Eco mode, either, and I also read the user book. Because I thought it might have been something like that. No, ecommode is exactly 30 minutes. Definitely, not a couple of hours complete nonsense. Another issue , which was a significant infestation of ants we're not talking just of couple here and there there was a lot all over the bench on arrival end, every single morning appears to be not just a one-off occasion, as there was multiple bait stations throughout the place.
