Bayview Retreat Phillip Island

The property was perfect for us. 8 adults and 2 children aged between 2 and 70. The amount of space - both the house and the grounds ensured everyone could enjoy quiet time if so desired. The amenities were fabulous, everything we needed for family meals, loved the two decking areas and the views to the water. Great location - able to walk to our favourite fish and chip shop in the world. Would love to stay there again.

Fantastic house, had all amenities, loved it Positive: Fully functional kitchen including zip lock bags, thought of everything! Negative: No direct beach access. One of us has limited walking abilities so a little disappointed unable to access beach

Bloody brilliant Positive: Spacey with two lounge rooms and the 3 bathrooms Negative: No private beach as stated in the booking and the patios was dirty with old bird poo and possum poo and wee and dust ants in bedroom bathroom needs a good vacuum and more cleaning cloths

Great accommodation for our group. Would recommend to others. Positive: Great accomodation for our group to stay over the King's birthday long weekend. Nice comfortable beds (most) and with 3 bathrooms and 4 toilets, we never had to wait for our turns. Beautiful big garden. Large common areas. Property well kept and with updated facilities. We all enjoyed it very much. Negative: There was one tiny colander in the kitchen for use. Should have other larger ones for salads preparation. The single bed that was on the floor was not very comfortable. It sagged down onto the floor.

Positive: Great location and amazing home. Would easily book again.
