Correa Retreat - Ramada Resort

Great location, clean and beautifully well kept cabin resort. Positive: Perfect size for 4, beds super comfy, heating was great and the facilities, on site restaurants, activities and pools were all in great condition even through winter! We stayed here as we wanted an indoor pool for the kids to use that was heated. Negative: The only issue we had was hot water service randomly stopped but was quickly given instructions by property on how to restore it.

Clean and central location, hot water system needs an update. Positive: The property was clean and in a good location to main attractions within Phillip island. The access to the games room,indoor spa, tennis court and other things in the resort were great. We left behind something and the process of having it returned via post was easy. Negative: The hot water stopped working completely 3 times whilst we were there, with no water coming out of the tap. Had to continue going outside to get it started again. There was no remote for the tv in the main bedroom and the tv in the living room only sometimes turned on. Whilst this is a private booking within the resort, the second we got to the resort, staff were trying to get us to attend a seminar to buy a property there.

Ok for a short stay. Good location and friendly staff Positive: Good location. Friendly staff. Negative: Very dirty property. Hair in the shower, stains on the doona and linen. Mystery stains on the wall of the lounge and dining area. Opened the cutlery draw and there was food in it. Stained mugs. Balls of dust in the kids bedroom, there was the biggest clump of dust around each of the bed and bedside drawer legs. We spent most of our time away from the accomodation so we didn’t say anything because we weren’t there long enough. Just had a very dirty feel to the whole place.

Great set of recreational facilities to make easy fun for families Positive: The resort has a lot of features making it ideal for families - recreational facilities and restaurant. It is also peaceful and safe within the compound. Negative: The Ramada staff at reception aren’t all that friendly. There is a bad vibe in the reception. The restaurant staff were more cheerful.
